  • Customers sign up via any of our brand websites.

    A good idea is to have a laminated copy of a QR code directing to the sign up page for ease.

  • No, there is no app at this time. Our membership is online and easily accessible. You can create a shortcut on your phone home screen or simply click the add to wallet button in most of our emails.

  • The member number can be found on each email sent (Including their welcome email). If saved to their mobile wallet it can also be found here.

  • Earn 5 points for every £ spent on foods. Points cannot be earned on alcoholic drinks, gift voucher redemption or menu voucher redemptions (e.g. Itison, VIP menus or 5pm). At the moment we cannot award points for takeaway food, sorry.

  • It can take up to 72 hours for points to appear. You cannot spend points awarded on a visit on the same visit.

  • Points expire 12 months after the last visit.

    If the customer earns points in January and visits again in April, all points in that account are now valid until April the following year.

  • Unfortunately points can only be earned on the day. This is why it is very important to ask the customer if they have a membership.

    There is the very rare occasion that points can be added after a visit.

  • Unfortunately we cannot allocate points to more than one person on a table, sorry.
