Terms & Conditions

  • These terms and conditions apply to your Restaurant Rewards membership, which is operated by Di Maggio’s Restaurant Group (“We”, “Us”, “Our”). By joining Restaurant Rewards you agree to our terms and conditions below:

    1. The promoter of Restaurant Rewards is: The Di Maggios Restaurant Group (DRG), 87 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5TF.

      2. To be eligible to participate in Restaurant Rewards, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom. Plus you have a valid email address and a valid mobile phone number.

      3. There is no membership fee(s) required to join Restaurant Rewards or to retain such membership.

    1. Members are encouraged to download the DRG Restaurant Rewards app from the Apple Store or Google Play to get the most from their membership.

    2. Upon registration, an account will be created for the member (“Account”).

    3. A holder of an active Restaurant Rewards account is hereafter referred to as a member (“Member”)

    4. There is a strict limit of one (1) registered account per member. Each account requires an independent mobile phone number. If one(1) person holds multiple memberships, all of those memberships risk being deactivated along with any associated points and rewards.

    5. Some personal details will be required to register with Restaurant Rewards. This information is treated with integrity and confidentiality. We only collect data that is necessary for the purposes of membership. We will take all possible precautions to keep your membership data secure and we may ask you to take certain actions to keep your data secure, which you must follow. We will not be responsible for any loss of points or misuse of account if the cause was by you. You can find further details on our privacy policy page here.   

    6. Members are responsible for updating their account to reflect any change of their name, email address, mobile phone number or any other required registration data. Members can update their details in their account portal or by contacting info@thedrg.co.uk  .The DiMaggios Group will not be responsible for any loss of points or rewards resulting from the failure of a member to notify them of such changes.

    7.  If you require your account to be deleted/removed please contact info@thedrg.co.uk. You will be responsible for updating any account details on the Restaurant Rewards portal. Any points on your account will be lost if you decide to close your account.

    8. The Di Maggio’s Restaurant Group can stop/edit benefits, promotions or point values at any time. Every attempt to update members will be made if any changes occur. 

    9. Membership is a privilege which can be revoked by The DiMaggio’s Restaurant Group, in its sole discretion, at any time, without compensation, for any reason without limitation, for abuse or breach by a member of any of the Terms and Conditions or any other actions deemed by The DiMaggios Group to be contrary to The DiMaggios Group, Restaurant Rewards or the interests of it’s members or partners.

    10. The DiMaggios Group reserves the right to refuse to accept a Restaurant Rewards account which it deems has been tampered with, duplicated or been subject to fraud or unauthorised use. The account will become invalid and any rewards or points will be immediately removed from the account.

    11. The DiMaggios Group will not be responsible for any unauthorised use of any membership.

    12. The DiMaggios Group reserves the right to amend, alter, withdraw or terminate the Restaurant Rewards membership, any benefits and these Terms and Conditions with or without notice.

  • 1.     Members joining Restaurant Rewards may consent to receive e-newsletters as well as other email, push notification and SMS communications containing special offers, rewards and services.

    ·       The member consents to the collection and use of their information for the purposes above.

    ·       Members can manage their communication preferences in their account if they want to “opt-out” of communications at any time. Links are provided in email and SMS communications to unsubscribe or members can contact info@thedrg.co.uk   to be removed from any mailing list. It may take up to 10 business days to remove contact details from communication lists.

    2.     Some communications are necessary for all Restaurant Rewards members.  These include non-marketing messaging relating to but not exclusive to the following; important account or booking notifications. Updates of details requested by members, and verification and introductory emails. Members must cancel their membership completely if they do not wish to receive any communications by contacting info@thedrg.co.uk  .

  • ·       DRG+ members will have to register for Restaurant Rewards following the instructions sent via email or as listed in the FAQ link here.

    ·       Following download of the app and sign-in, any existing member balance will carry over from your DRG+account to your Restaurant Rewards account.

    ·       The member is responsible for providing the relevant and correct account information.

    ·       The DiMaggios Group will set a cut-off date by which any DRG+ member can transfer points.  The cut-off date will be communicated to members via email.

  • 1.     By joining Restaurant Rewards you have the chance to earn loyalty points, when making a qualifying transaction. We may also run promotions to give you an opportunity to earn or redeem additional points, at the discretion of the Di Maggio’s Restaurant Group.

    2.     Memberships must be present to earn or redeem any rewards or points.

    3.     To use your Restaurant Rewards membership, you must have the QR code associated with your account scanned by one of our staff before you pay your bill.  If you fail to present your member number to your waiter at the time of requesting your bill, unfortunately, points will not be added to your account.

    4.     Points are rewarded on qualifying food and beverage transactions within qualifying restaurants only. Alcoholic beverages, takeaway/delivery, gift voucher redemption, service paid, or voucher redemption (e.g. Itison, VIP menus or 5pm) will not occur points. 

    5.     Points cannot be rewarded on the purchase of alcoholic beverages but points can be redeemed on the purchase of alcoholic beverages.

    6.     Points earned will last a total of 12 months, unless you earn or redeem points within this period, where you would reset all points on your account for a further 12 months.

    7.     Points may take up to 48 hours to show on your Membership after visiting a Participating Restaurant.

    8.     Points earned on a single bill can only be added to one(1) member account. The total point allocation cannot be split or shared.

    9.     Welcome Gift - Our welcome bonus of 500 points only applies to new members. Any member found to be actively attempting multiple redemption of our welcome gift will be deleted from the Restaurant Rewards loyalty programme. 

    10. Points can be earned or redeemed within any of the participating Di Maggio’s Restaurant Group restaurants. At our discretion, we could change where points are rewarded. 

    11. Points are not rewarded on the purchase of physical gift-cards purchased in restaurants but points are applied to the purchase of DiMaggios Group e-gift vouchers.

    12. Additional points will not be earned when paying in part or in full with Restaurant Rewards points. This means points are either earned or redeemed on a bill, but not both in the same transaction.

    13. Points are personal to the member and may not be transferred to another member.

    14. Points earned have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be shared with others.  Your account and points are personal to you. 

    15. The app/ digital card will be accepted at any participating restaurant. From time to time, restaurants may be unable to accept due to circumstances beyond their control (eg internet or system outage) In this instance, a member may submit a claim by contacting info@thedrg.co.uk  with a copy of their receipt and membership details within 7 days of payment.

    16. Members can contact info@thedrg.co.uk  if they have not received points they were expecting with a copy of their receipt and membership details within 7 days of payment. Members can also contact the email address above if they have had points deleted unexpectedly from their account.

    ·       Members may be eligible to receive offers via the DRG Restaurant Rewards according to defined events or member behaviours at the discretion of The DiMaggios Group. Offers (“offers”) are items or bill discounts, free items or rewards that may be either:

    o   Awarded to a specific member based on eligibility (eg. welcome bonus or birthday treat) or,

    o   Made available to members on the DRG Restaurant Rewards app. Members are responsible for reading any offers terms and conditions before redeeming it.

    ·       All offers have an expiry date as specified on the app. If a member does not redeem the offer, it will automatically expire and be removed from the app.

    ·       It is the responsibility of the member to advise staff members of any offers they would like to redeem at the start of their visit and before they are presented with their bill. The member must scan their app to redeem any offers.

    ·       Members can only redeem one offer per transaction.

    ·       Offers cannot be redeemed for cash.

    ·       Members are only able to receive their birthday treat if they have filled in the date of birth field in their profile. The birthday treat is issued at the start of the members birthday month and must be redeemed within the stated expiry date or it will automatically expire.

    ·       The DiMaggios Group takes no responsibility for a birthday date incorrectly input during the registration process. A member may only receive one (1) birthday treat per year.

If you breach any of these terms, your authorisation to use this site automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed materials.
