General Managers

    Accountability – Our senior teams take responsibility for their restaurants, work hard to hit the service and financial targets set and recognise areas for self-improvement where identified

    Proactivity – Our senior teams see the full picture and communicate positively with other restaurants and head office to make improvements where necessary.

  • The role of our General Managers is to plan and direct all restaurant operations.

    We will task you with maintaining high standards of food and drink, service and health & safety practices within your restaurant and with managing the training & development needs of your team.

    You will also be responsible for delivering the financial targets and driving the business financial performance. Ultimately, we’ll trust you to help us keep your restaurant compliant, efficient and profitable.

Duty Managers

  • Demonstrate a desire to lead from the front and show a genuine passion for high standards and great customer service.

  • Maintaining high standards of service, team moral, training and H&S practices and help managing the training and development needs of the team.

Supervisors

  • Passion to provide quality service and enjoys working in a fast paced enviroment. Support your team

  • The general day-to-day running of restaurant service. Maintaining high standards and team morale.

    To supervise, coach, and develop the team providing feedback to support their personal development, while managing your own time and progression within the company.
