Joining the Club

  • Restaurant Rewards is the new loyalty programme for participating restaurants in the Di Maggio’s Restaurant Group (DRG).  Launched in March 2025, it replaces the previous loyalty programme DRG+ and offers members personalised rewards and an enhanced customer experience in gratitude for regular visits.

  • Its easy!  Simply download the Restaurant Rewards app in the Apple or Google Store and create an account.

    You will receive a welcome bonus after your next visit as a member.

  • We know you have many options when it comes to choosing where to dine.  That’s why Restaurant Rewards is designed with you in mind.  Think of it as our way of thanking you for your regular bookings, so we can treat, surprise and delight you with each and every visit.  Benefits include:

    ·         £10 sign-up reward (limited offer, ending 30th April 2025)

    ·         5% cashback on your foodbill

  • Restaurant Rewards is available to use in any participating Di Maggio’s Restaurant Group (DRG) including:

    Sugo, Paesano & our food court locations are not included at the moment, sorry.

  • Once logged into the app, your details should keep you logged in. Any emails (except your sign up email) will have your account email and member number). If you have forgotten your password, there is a “Forgot password” option on the app login page.

  • Restaurant Rewards is a rebrand of DRG+ with a new app to make it easier for you to track your progress.

    Downloading the app is the best way to get the most of your membership, but your old web based portal is still available to use should you not wish to have the app.

How do I get rewards?

  • It’s easy! Show your member number when you dine and we’ll give you 5% back on your food bill to spend on future visits. You can also earn points when purchasing online, digital gift vouchers too.

    Sorry, we can’t award points on Alcoholic drinks, gift voucher redemption or menu voucher redemptions (eg. Itison, VIP menus or 5PM), service paid, takeaway or delivery.

  • We don’t know you’re a Restaurant Rewards member unless you tell us.  Please add your member number when you make a booking*. 

    Not booked? Make sure you tell your server.  The team will add your number to your bill and Restaurant Rewards will be automatically calculated and added to your account within 48 hours.

    *When you book using the VIP book now link in the membership portal or via the app, your booking is noted as a member.  Please show your member number QR code or your card in the app on arrival at the restaurant.  If you do not make a booking in advance, let the restaurant know you are a member when ordering and they’ll take your member number and apply it to your bill.

  • It can take up to 48 hours for points to appear. 

    If you are a DRG+ member and have just downloaded the new app and signed up in the app, your existing points will appear in your app member account page but it may take 24 hours.

  • If you have given your member number on arrival, your server will be able to see your points balance. 

    You can choose to redeem all at any time or opt to save them up for a bigger treat.

    Just let your server know if you want to save or spend points and if spending, you can choose how much you want to redeem. Easy!

  • Points expire 12 months after your last visit.

    If you earn points in January and visit again in April, all points in your account are now valid until April the following year. 

    If you are nearing 12 months between visits and have points, we recommend booking in for a quick bite to eat to keep your points safe for another year.

  • Unfortunately, points can only be earned on the day.

    It’s important that you let the team know you are a member before paying your bill.

    Once the bill is paid, points cannot be added, sorry.

  • No, sorry points cannot be used to purchase a gift card.

  • Yes, you can get points for purchasing gift cards. 

    This offer applies to e-gift cards only.

    This offer does not include the purchase of physical gift cards purchased in restaurants.

  •  No, points cannot be transferred to another member

  • Look out for special offers and promotions in your app wallet. 

    If you have notification alerts enabled on your smartphone, regular offers will be sent to you.

  • You can view your points balance in the mobile app wallet. 

    If you haven’t downloaded the app, you can access your account in the member portal on the website via this link: Login - DRG

  • DRG+ members will have to register for Restaurant Rewards and download the DRG Restaurant Rewards app here. 

    For points to sync, DRG+ members will have to input the same personal details as on file in their DRG+ account including:

    • Same First name

    • Same Last name

    • Same email address

    • Same Date of Birth

  • No, sorry only one Rewards card is permitted for use per table.

  • As a valued member, we want to wish you a happy birthday on your special day and send you a little treat on us. To do this, we need to know your date of birth and to have received your permission to contact you by mail/ email.
